The Loch Ard Gorge: beach area onto which two survivors of a giant shipwreck (hundreds killed) were somehow able to swim through the insane currents, managing not smack up against the cliffs, through this little opening to safety on this beautiful beach.Crazy story because this stretch of the coast is reknowned for sinking many ships and killing many people.
