this is where i live... yes that's correct, i live in a tent... we're goin' on three weeks now.... apparently i've scored a room in a house, living with this real estate agent guy... hopefully Friday or Saturday will be our moving day.... but for now... this tent is what we call home. Our hostel, Douggie's, rents out tents that have electricity, lights and beds on bed frames.... it's about seven feet tall... it's not as bad as some of you may think... the downside really is the fact that our tent is situated rather close to the bar/eating area of the hostel and as a result it is very, very loud at times.... and unfortunately the couple living in the neighbouring tent are completely insane....

WOW! you really have to be motivated to live in that tent for 3 weeks! I had imagined something a little more isolated and private...

The experiances you are having now will last you a lifetime, any one can live in a luxury tent. Home is what you make it, mates........

Sam, thanks for this picture, it is so fun to see where u live for the moment, u r having such fun , roughing it now will only make it look that much more fun when u look back on it, it is nothing like what I had imagined, strange to see it in reality, I thought the wood platform meant the tent was kind of above ground level, funny to have imagined something so different.
